Reaching out for support takes courage—and it’s a true sign of strength. Whether you’re facing
recent challenges or seeking to understand past experiences better, I’m here to walk alongside
you. My priority is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel
truly seen, heard, and accepted. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service
Workers (OCSWSSW). I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of British
Columbia and an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto.

I bring experience from a diverse range of practice settings within the field of social work. My
journey began with a practicum placement at an addiction medicine program, which sparked my
commitment to supporting individuals in their journey of self-development. Since then, I’ve held
various roles across housing, addiction, and counselling services in both British Columbia and
Ontario. Throughout my practice, I’ve supported clients facing a wide spectrum of concerns,
including relational challenges, major life transitions, low motivation, body image issues, and
anxiety, among others.

I pride myself on offering what I call “tangible therapy.” For me, this means collaborating with
clients to identify practical strategies and tools they can take beyond the therapy room and apply
them in their daily lives. Whether it’s through distress tolerance techniques, stress management
strategies, communication and boundary skills, cognitive reframing, or practical strategies for
goal achievement, I aim to make therapy feel useful, relevant, and accessible. I want those I work
with to believe that the work we do together translates into real-world change and support in
their day-to-day lives.

Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I often say my
hobbies revolve around travel and food—whether it’s a short road trip or a flight across the
ocean, I love exploring new places and trying new dishes along the way.

I look forward to meeting you and am truly honoured to accompany you on your path to well-
being.
